Manufacturing Process Engineer II, Additive Manufacturing

Relativity Space is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the transition of new products and technology in additive manufacturing. Join our innovative team shaping the future of aerospace technology and additive manufacturing.

Skills

Experience with powderbed fusion metal printing
Experience in a fast-paced, iterative design environment
Knowledge of ISO AS9100/ISO9000 or similar quality standards

Responsibilities

Support installation, commissioning, and operation of additive manufacturing equipment
Perform process validations and maintain procedures for additive manufacturing processes
Establish process flow to meet production rate and quality goals
Execute 3D printing activities to support daily production
Communicate roadblocks, resolve non-conformances, and track machine utilization
Perform manufacturing ROI analysis and implement process enhancements

Education

BS Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
