Business operations manager

At Relevance AI, we help companies build their AI workforce - teams of autonomous, reasoning agents powered by LLMs. These multi-agent systems can automate complex, dynamic jobs end to end.

We're looking for a Senior - Mid Operations Lead who can handle legal, business operations, and finance at our fast-growing Series A AI startup. This role is crucial for maintaining our rapid growth trajectory and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with our founders, bringing your consulting, banking, or operations background to bear on our most pressing challenges.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing all legal aspects of the company, including contracts, compliance, and risk management.

• Managing business operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.

• Handling financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and working closely with our finance team.

• Collaborating with our founders to drive strategic initiatives and support fundraising efforts.

• Ensuring our operations align with our growth goals and company values.

Where And How Will You Be Working

• We work hybrid, as we place value on in-person culture. We work 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday). You can work all week in the office if you like!

• Relevance AI has our flagship HQ in Sydney (Surry Hills) and another office in San Francisco.

• Our team is small and tight-knit - less than 40 people.
