Director, Customer Success

Reltio is looking for a Director of Customer Success who will lead the Enterprise Customer Success Managers to drive customer advocacy and increase the pool of referenceable customers.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10 years of experience in SaaS
  • 5 years of progressive experience leading customer success managers or sales teams
  • Strong management presence with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with senior (C-level) executives within customer accounts
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning

Responsibilities

  • Increase lifetime value and customer advocacy through product adoption
  • Lead a positive customer experience and successfully renew customers
  • Generate net new expansion opportunities within Reltio’s customer base
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and foster collaboration
  • Participate in the development of company-wide customer success motions
  • Drive operational cadences and team accountability
  • Work closely with sales management to align on strategies and account opportunities
  • Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
