Reltio is looking for a Director of Customer Success who will lead the Enterprise Customer Success Managers to drive customer advocacy and increase the pool of referenceable customers.

Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
10 years of experience in SaaS
5 years of progressive experience leading customer success managers or sales teams
Strong management presence with communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with senior (C-level) executives within customer accounts
Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning
Responsibilities
Increase lifetime value and customer advocacy through product adoption
Lead a positive customer experience and successfully renew customers
Generate net new expansion opportunities within Reltio’s customer base
Build a culture of continuous improvement and foster collaboration
Participate in the development of company-wide customer success motions
Drive operational cadences and team accountability
Work closely with sales management to align on strategies and account opportunities
Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
Education
