The opportunity:
ReMatter is a fast-growing start-up pioneering the future of the industrial scrap recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). We serve the world's leading industrial recyclers, helping them transform industrial and consumer scrap into new, usable materials. Our platform modernizes end-to-end workflows within the scrap recycling industry and is the core solution on which their business runs.
We are seeking a proactive Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. This role will help lead new customer implementations including software configuration, data import, report creation, hardware integration, end-user training, and onsite visits as needed.
This is a remote or hybrid role. There will be some travel involved to visit customers and assist them with in-person onboardings.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:
Build a deep understanding of the scrap metal recycling industry and how ReMatter can help Recyclers operate more efficiently and improve business outcomes
Become an expert on the ReMatter product and its use cases for Recyclers
Lead end-to-end onboards for our new customers from contract signature through successful launch and ongoing use
Configure ReMatter’s software platform for new customers with appropriate settings and permissions
Clean and import customer data into the platform
Build custom reports and templates to support customers’ data needs
Lead end-user training sessions with clients during and after onboarding
Travel to scrap yards for in-person go-lives on an as-needed basis
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for clients from the sales process to implementation and beyond
Hone your customer experience skill-set including client relationship management, problem-solving, and more
We’re looking for someone that has:
4+ years of prior success in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementation, training, or a related function in a SaaS environment
Prior work experience with Microsoft Excel, Windows, and other software/IT programs
Strong written and verbal communication
A positive attitude and can-do mindset
Strong self-motivation, grit, and a competitive spirit
A customer-first mindset and bias towards action
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Nice to have:
Experience installing and setting up hardware
Experience with SQL and other data analysis tools

Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000
