• Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
• Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
• Work to develop job descriptions of related positions in the organization.
• Identifying effective sources and job portals. Efficiently and effectively work in filling open positions.• Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of all the company policies.• Work for the development/implementation of performance management and reward and recognition systems.• Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention etc...Employment Type: FULL_TIME
