Summary

Responsible for supporting the Stellantis dealership network on providing up-to-date information to part inquiries and real-time feedback to Case Managers/Specialists who need assistance with parts causing VORs. Become an expert in Mopar Supply Chain Processes and Systems to better support the customer’s need.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Be proficient in all Mopar and necessary corporate tools and systems.
  • Work closely with
  • MOPAR Supply Chain/Parts Expediting
  • Top Care
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Business Centers/Area Managers
  • Tech Advisors and Contact Center


What you bring

  • Ability to relate with Dealer.
  • Customer Focused
  • Knowledge of automotive Supply Chain & PDC & parts distribution process
  • PC literate (including Excel, Word, & Power Point)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or Business.
  • Mopar service parts, assembly plant or PDC experience.
  • While preforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Call, video, email, message and communicate with customer and co-workers.
  • Work at a PC for 8-10 hours daily
