We are seeking highly motivated candidates for a cutting-edge opportunity as a Remote Operations Specialist. We incentivize those willing to work nights and weekend shifts.

Desired Skills:

• Ability and desire to remotely operate a forklift in a safe and sensible manner in busy industrial warehouse working environments
• Good reaction and motor skills, able to process large amounts of visual information
• People who are excited to contribute to a team
• Reliable, diligent with sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure
• Able and willing to stay alert and responsive in front of a screen for several hours at a time
• Able to spot issues, resolve situations from a distance and suggest improvements
• Strong computer skills but technical IT skills are not necessary to be successful
• Experience operating vehicles
• Long distance driving and an ability to maintain focus and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work with others as part of a team.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of modern technology
• An ability to meet minimum productivity and thresholds
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Full-time in-office position located in the NW Denver area.
• Shift hours.

Nice to Have’s

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment

• GED or High School Diploma
• Specific experience with remote operations, automated guided vehicles or autonomous mobile robots

The pay for this position has a range of $19.00-$25.00 per hour. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and options.
