Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Perform outbound marketing phone calls to new and existing insurance producers to generate business development opportunities.
2. Utilize Crump's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document marketing campaign results.
3. Coordinate insurance producer business development opportunities with internal/external sales partners.
4. Support insurance producer adoption of Crump’s digital platform tools such as the Crump Transaction Center and other web-based tools.
5. Identify additional business development opportunities beyond the specific campaign topic.
6. Analyze situations to determine best sales approach and be able to change approaches as needed to achieve campaign goals.
7. Use professional approach in written and verbal communication.
8. Commitment to on-going professional growth through participation in educational webinars, self-study classes and other educational opportunities.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. High School Graduate or equivalent GED
2. Experience with PC's in a Windows environment
3. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
4. Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
5. Effective time management skills
6. Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
8. Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
