We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual as a Shopify Customer Support and Marketing Associate. This role is crucial for our operations, as it plays a key part in ensuring our customers are satisfied and our marketing efforts are effective in increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Satisfaction: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This includes assisting with product information, order placements, tracking, and returns.
• Shopify Store Management: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Shopify store. This involves managing product listings, ensuring inventory accuracy, and keeping the site content fresh and engaging. Your attention to detail will help ensure that our online store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Marketing Efforts: You will support our marketing team in developing and executing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, designing email newsletters, and assisting with promotional activities. Your creativity and marketing acumen will be essential in attracting and retaining customers.
• Data Analysis: You will monitor and analyze customer feedback and marketing campaign performance. Using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports, you will gather insights to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Your analytical skills will help us make data-driven decisions to enhance our customer experience and marketing strategies.
• Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our customer support efforts align with our overall business goals. This includes participating in team meetings, sharing customer insights, and contributing to strategy discussions. Your teamwork and communication skills will be vital in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST
