Google Ads and SEO Specialist (part-time)

Hello, Google Ads and SEO Specialists!

My name is Tim, and I am the CEO at Online CE Credits – an innovative online platform providing continuing education courses tailored for mental health professionals. Through our trauma-focused and neuroscience-informed curriculum, we support therapists in meeting licensure requirements while enhancing their expertise. We’re based in Kansas City, MO, but our team operates fully remote.

We’re looking to hire a motivated, experienced Google Ads & SEO Specialist who can strategically manage ad campaigns, optimize SEO, and contribute to our growth in the online education space. This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as performance and needs evolve.

This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 3-6 months.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads media buying, ideally managing budgets of $20K-$25K+ per month.
  • Ability to utilize both industry-standard and cutting-edge Google Ads strategies to effectively capture high-converting leads (e.g., negative keywords, bidding analysis, competitor audits, split testing, control campaigns).
  • Skilled in SEO strategy and proficient with tools like Semrush and Ahrefs to research the competitive landscape, develop/optimize website copy and search tags across the platform, and boost organic traffic and conversions.
  • Expertise in content creation for SEO, developing engaging blogs, meta tags, and ad copy.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV) and ability to use marketing attribution tools like WickedReports.
  • Self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision, flexible, and organized.
  • Experienced in the continuing education, online learning, or info product space with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Building and implementing a comprehensive Google Ads campaign strategy focused on driving conversions and achieving optimal ROAS.
  • Developing and executing an SEO strategy that emphasizes on-page optimizations, content creation, and keyword analysis.
  • Regularly analyzing and adjusting campaigns to improve performance against budget goals, using tools like WickedReports.
  • Providing weekly progress reports on campaigns, transitioning to less frequent reporting as familiarity with the role increases.
  • Start part-time with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
  • Flexibility to grow into additional projects and responsibilities aligned with company growth.
  • Training and tools provided, including additional software and resources as needed.
  • Flexible work schedule with the opportunity to manage hours independently as expertise in the role develops.

Our hiring process is made up of five parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and a few 1-on-1 interviews.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this position. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Tim
