Social Media Brand Manager

Hello, Brand Managers!We're Emma and Jordan, the Co-Founders of Gameway. Gameway is the world's first premium video game lounge located in airports. We revolutionize airport travel by making the start of your journey fun and entertaining. Based on how much time you have until your next flight, you can enjoy a first-class video game experience to make time fly by.We are looking for an energetic and experienced Brand Manager who can shape and craft our company's image through a variety of content strategies. You'll be the one uncovering what our customers want and designing unique, inventive marketing campaigns. If you're a creative thinker with a proven ability to grow brands, you might be just who we're looking for. Our ideal candidate has a great sense of humor and a passion for the gaming world!This is a full-time in-office position with occasional travel involved.Requirements• 2+ years of experience in a Brand Manager or similar role• 2+ years experience and a proven track record for growing social media channels (portfolio required) through creative content writing and design (ex. Figma, Canva, etc)• Ability to adopt brand voice and create relatable, engaging content• Experience in leading and managing marketing projects and budgets• Experienced in creating monthly campaign calendars, segmentation, deliverability, and analyzing performance• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind• Have a passion for the gaming space• Comfortable with occasional work travelNice to Have:• Experience handling and marketing to a large database of loyalty members• Experience managing PR and strategic partnerships to drive mutual promotion and enhance airport gaming experiences• Experience with Airport Concessions, Retail, F&B, Ecommerce and/or Hospitality• Experience creating email flows and campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Active Campaign.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights• Communicate our vision and mission effectively across marketing channels• Translate brand elements into plans and growth strategies• Lead creative development to motivate our target audience• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs to drive continuous improvement• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with business objectives• Oversee and manage marketing channels, including social media, SMS, email, PR and content marketing• Manage marketing campaigns directed at our loyalty members• Engage with potential partners and develop strategic relationships.Benefits• Retirement plan• Bonus compensation, Stock options• We promote work-life balance• We have a family-friendly team culture• PTO - vacation & sick leave• Be part of a company that has exponential growthThis Position Is Perfect For You If...You're Creative and Strategic.You blend creativity with strategic thinking, finding smart solutions with a bit of flair.
