Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. 

In this role, you will need sharp attention to detail to review contracts and collect outstanding balances on customer accounts. 

Primary Responsibilities:

- Use Salesforce & QuickBooks to Invoice, take payments, process price changes & other account information.

- Utilize Outlook to communicate regarding customer payments/tax credits/account inquiries.

- Review customer financing to ensure accuracy in charges and confirm timelines.

- Coordinate with other departments to get proper confirmation for work to be funded in time.

Qualifications:

- Some experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or accounts receivable

- Project management experience with an administrative focus

- Some experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with little supervision after training, and excel in a fast-paced environment 

- Experience using a CRM and Microsoft Office suite

Compensation and Benefits:

- $20/hour

Schedule:

- Onsite in our Carmel office

- Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
