Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Consumer Credit Analyst. This individual will work with our customers to assist in approving in-house financing and moving their projects forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage financing options offered to homeowners/potential customers.

- Interact with customers to obtain additional credit information.

- Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company’s credit/finance option policies and procedures.

- Assist in development of consumer finance policies.

- Monitor software to ensure that sales reps are accurately reporting activity.

- Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, and present findings to the Director of Finance.

- Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing experience (required)

- Availability to work nights and weekends (required)

- Experience reading and analyzing consumer credit reports (required)

- Ability to calculate debt-to-income and debt-to-limit ratios (required)

- Minimum 2-year college degree

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- History working with consumer credit applications and unsecured loan providers is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

- $65,000-70,000/annual salary, plus annual bonus potential up to $21,600

Schedule:

- Work from home position (must be local to Atlanta area for in-office meetings)

- Monday-Friday; 4:00pm-12:30am

- Must have flexible weekend overtime availability on an as needed basis
