Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.Direct Marketing Associates are the first interaction with new customers. DMA’s meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations. This is a full-time sales and marketing position with growth opportunities available.THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing• Travel to and from our office to neighborhoods in a company vehicle.• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.• Work independently and with a team.• Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.• Report to our office in Cranford daily to meet with your team.THE PERSON – What you’ll bring• High Energy/Outgoing Personality• 2+ years’ experience in sales, hospitality or customer service• Attention to detail• Positive attitude through rejection• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Multitasking skillsTHE BENEFITS – What we provide• $20/hr base salary + Uncapped commission• Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life• 401(K) program• PTO, paid holidays, and a student loan repayment program• Company apparel and paid trainingTHE SCHEDULE – When you’ll work• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm November-March, 11am-7pm April-October• Saturday shifts on occasionIf this seems like an interesting opportunity, apply today!
