As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for managing multiple job boards, designing and executing recruitment marketing materials, candidate imports, and more. In this exciting role, you’ll blend your marketing prowess with your recruiting acumen to create eye-catching recruitment materials and manage various job boards. If you're a self-starter eager to showcase your creativity while helping us build a compelling employer brand, this position could be your perfect match! Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, managing job postings, and analyzing job board performance metrics to ensure we attract top talent. You’ll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented as you will enter candidate data swiftly and accurately into our applicant tracking system. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will shine as you juggle various projects while fostering an energetic and collaborative atmosphere. We're looking for someone with at least a year of marketing experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
