Part-Time Ordering Analyst

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
As an Ordering Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to proofread all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy.
- Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
- Order products for all of our service territories.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of data entry experience (required)
- CRM software experience (required)
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (required)
- Previous experience in an office environment
- 2 years of proofreading experience
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-22/hour

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Cranford office
- Monday-Friday
