Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - job 2 of 2

We're looking for well-spoken, responsible, energetic Part- Time Retail and Events Marketing Promoters in the Louisville, KY area to share Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners that are visiting and attending events throughout the area. This job is best suited for an individual who enjoys working with the public, being physically active throughout their day, is confident communicating, has flexibility in their schedule, and is willing to learn new things on an ongoing basis. Hourly pay is $15/hr, but with our UNCAPPED BONUSES our average representatives earn $21+ per hour.We are looking for staff to work events throughout the year. You will be using your own vehicle for traveling to event locations and transporting materials. We offer a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Not your typical 9-5 job. Our employees are working majority on the weekends (Depends on the event and week). This role is essential to nurturing good working relationships with potential customers as well as producers of events. The primary objective is to inform potential customer about our product, representing the company professionally and ultimately setting appointment for a consultation....No selling required.· Setup and tear down of events in different locations in our territory· Interacting with the general public and informing them about our product· Advising on projects they may be considering and how we can help· Scheduling appointment for a free in home consultation with our sales team· Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone· Occasional meeting in office for performance review and refresher training· Other duties as needed for the upkeep of equipment in support of field efforts· Setting quality appointments with homeowners· Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines· Handling every prospect, customer and co-worker with empathy and world class serviceWHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON:- Valid Drivers License Required· Excellent communication skills, self-motivation/drive, a positive attitude· Willingness to learn and grow, confident and driven for success· Ability to be persuasive, works well with others, great verbal and non verbal skills, multitaskingWHO WE ARE | THE COMPANY:Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window replacement division of 120-year-old Andersen Corporation, the most trusted family of window brands in America.
