Senior Software Engineer - Back End

Rent the Runway is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their growing team in Galway, Ireland. The role focuses on enhancing service architecture and functionality within an agile environment.

Skills

Strong command of Java, Kotlin, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka
Knowledge of cloud migration and system architecture
Experience with distributed system performance analysis

Responsibilities

Improve the architecture, functionality, and quality of services
Integrate product data with inhouse systems
Build internal tools for partnering teams
Deprecate and remove outdated services
Assist in prioritization and planning efforts

Education

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Demonstrable practical experience
