Enterprise Account Executive

Rentable is looking for a strategic and successful Enterprise Account Executive to join them in bringing their rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators to the enterprise space.

Skills

Enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
Multifamily sales experience
Proven track record of success closing enterprise-level 6 figure deals
Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
Tech savvy with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo
Strong organizational and time management skills
Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close
Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business
Establish meaningful relationships with customers and serve as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert
Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams
Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
