Enterprise Account Executive

Rentable is looking for a strategic and successful Enterprise Account Executive to join them in bringing their rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators to the enterprise space.

Skills

  • Enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
  • Multifamily sales experience
  • Proven track record of success closing enterprise-level 6 figure deals
  • Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
  • Tech savvy with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close
  • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business
  • Establish meaningful relationships with customers and serve as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert
  • Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams
  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
