We are looking for a people-person with a can-do attitude who loves technology to join our team as a Client Onboarding Advisor (internally referred to as an Implementation Specialist). Expect to work with clients alongside our Client Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations teams. You’ll guide clients through the onboarding process, helping them implement new websites as well as marketing and pricing strategies.
This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.
Enjoy developing client relationships.
You will be the first to win clients over and solidify customer relationships. You will be responsible for delivering a remarkable client experience throughout the onboarding process, which will include aspects of project management and helping our clients understand why accurate data collection is important to maximize the effectiveness of our services. A minimum of 5 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or related customer service roles is strongly preferred.

You thrive on being extremely detail-oriented and have a critical need for accuracy—ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while juggling multiple tasks. You love being able to follow procedures and don't mind some repetitive tasks.
Are assertive.
In order to succeed in this role you will need to successfully win over our clients, helping them understand our marketing strategy and company philosophy, while getting them excited about our products and services. You will need to be someone who is firm, but gentle. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get responses from clients, so you'll need to tactfully retrieve information from them, and help them understand why the information is so important.
Solve problems easily and enjoy doing it.
Every client's needs are different. You'll need to determine the best way to work with diverse client groups to help them move through the onboarding process quickly and effectively.
Are flexible and able to focus.
Everyday can be met with a variety of changes in workflow. You will need to determine what is most important while maintaining a high level of focus to accomplish your goal.
Love technology.
RentVision’s product solutions are all technology-based and you will operate daily inside many different software platforms. You must enjoy learning new technologies and show that you are able to teach others about technology-based solutions.
Are a team player.
The Implementation Specialist is the point person of the onboarding process, working with multiple teams to push each project to completion.
Are productive, timely, and able to prioritize.
Onboarding clients is time-sensitive and you'll be working with a lot of deadlines. The right candidate will be an efficient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed you’ll need to manage clients who are at a variety of different stages in the onboarding process, making quick decisions about priorities.
Have multifamily experience.
While not a strict requirement, we would prefer candidates with experience in the multifamily industry.
