The Role

Duration: Full-time; Location: REMOTE, Preferred Living Location: Europe, East Coast, Miami, FL, London, England, Lisbon, Portugal, Argentina, Spain

• You will be responsible for the management and maintenance across Reown and WalletConnect’s social media channels, namely X, Farcaster, LinkedIn, Discord, and Lens.
• You will be responsible for strategizing, drafting, and curating content for both organizations and their channels in line with day-to-day “always on” product marketing and company goals, and GTM/campaign-oriented projects 
• You will ideate, conceptualize, and work with the design team to curate visually engaging content for social media
• You will strategize and develop a lasting and scalable social strategy for the company in line with its roadmap and goals
• You’ll take the lead in applying quick-thinking around current trends across the industry and social media
• You will actively ideate and execute social campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and adoption across our product and brand 
• You will maintain the social calendar and report and update your team on progress, insights, and general analytics 
• You will lead the charge for social listening, engaging with the community and raising hypotheses/issues/concerns to the team from the frontlines
• Lead community building and engagement initiatives and “always on” elements 
• Identify thought and opinion leaders who can help amplify our stories and build out processes for us to work with them

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, and 3+ years of experience in web3 

• Extremely social-native with a genuine passion for social media and crypto twitter
• Ability to combine data-driven and growth-oriented thinking with creativity to continually optimize output and outcomes
• Extensive knowledge of web3 technology, concepts, and ecosystems, and demonstrable ability to turn technical concepts into digestible content across multiple mediums and platforms 
• Deep understanding of product marketing and ability to apply critical thinking as to how to present particular products to particular markets
• Knowledge of different writing styles for varied applications across advertorial and editorial, specifically within the realm of technologies 
• Strong writing skills and experience in writing for multiple audiences and platforms
• Strong confidence with infographics and visual concepts to work with our design team in delivering regular, fresh visuals for social
• Strong confidence with data to be able to work with our data team in delivering regular, updated key data points for social
• Ability to manage multiple projects with differing timelines and delegate tasks for project completion where required
• Able to adopt, adapt, and support brand tone of voice across all content and communications
