What You'll Do:
As a Repetitive Benefit Specialist I you'll provide routine processing and maintenance services for customers who have an annuity plan. Success in this career is warranted with having high attention to detail, some mathematical skills, enjoying critical thinking and problem solving, and having a process improvement mentality.
Your day will be filled with:

Analyzing internal and external customer requests and processing transactions to create and maintain computerized retirement and repetitive payment records in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring appropriate materials and forms are provided, and meeting productivity and quality measurement goals.

Reviewing and performing retirement and repetitive payment calculations and transactions within compliance requirements, contract restrictions, legal documents and tax consideration.

Investigating and resolving calculation and transaction problems including balancing/reconciling accounting and recordkeeping for retirement and repetitive records.

Participating in the training and development of team members, providing technical and problem-solving expertise and assisting with procedural updates.

Consulting available resources to perform daily tasks and making suggestions for improvements in procedures and providing solutions.

Performing other job-related duties or special projects as required.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or relevant experience.

2+ years work experience.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, mathematical, organizational, decision making, 10-key, and customer service skills.

Strong knowledge of contract provisions, pension and repetitive payment recordkeeping and accounting systems.

Ability to adapt to frequent change, handle a large volume of work and balance working independently while working in a team environment to meet customers' needs and achieve overall goals.

Capable of using various mainframe/PC applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $15.14 - $28.27 / hour Additional Information:
