What You’ll Do:
Contribute to evolving Replicant’s visual identity, aligning it with our mission to use AI to resolve as many customer service conversations as possible while elevating human agents to do what they are uniquely good at
Own end-to-end design projects across replicant.com; presentations, social media, video, podcasts, events, and more
As a core member of Replicant’s corporate marketing team, contribute to the culture and visual foundation of our brand
Collaborate with teams across the company; including product, human resources, sales, and executive leadership
Propose original design ideas for campaigns that cut through the noise
Lead the creative and design direction for various communications, including brand identity, customer communications, and events
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in creating and evolving comprehensive design systems across various touchpoints in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
Strong skills in design areas such as motion, illustration, typography, photography, and data visualization
High level of proficiency with Figma for creating high-fidelity assets and mockups
Ability to create brand systems and design solutions with a high level of craftsmanship
Deep appreciation for aesthetics and user experience
Adaptable, quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Inspire and sustain a culture of excellence, partnering closely with freelancers, agencies, and product designers to bring complex concepts to life
Detail-oriented, from concept to final output
Nice to Have's:
