Overview

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst who will support the overall operations of the Revenue Operations at Electric. You will make data accessible to your stakeholders, proactively share the data and analytics they need to understand problems and make better data driven decisions, and advise on best practices regarding data.

This person will work with Sales, Marketing, CX and Finance leadership to define and report on metrics for the success of the teams, report on all revenue KPI's, perform in depth analysis for all revenue reporting, and subsequently help to define bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the process.


What you'll do

  • Review quantitative and qualitative data to provide holistic analyses using data from SFDC
  • Help to improve quantitative data by continuously improving data categorization, ensuring data is being logged properly across teams
  • Proactively and continuously surface key findings to internal stakeholders
  • Support defining new process improvements where necessary and monitoring success of these improvements
  • Report on full sales funnel KPI's (SDR/AE productivity metrics, overall sales KPI's)
  • Salesforce reporting/dashboard generation on all relevant revenue stats
  • Continual reporting on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual key indicators, and provide narrative around the impact of each, proactively identifying areas for improvement and focus
  • Create Salesforce and Excel dashboards based around above reporting (own distribution of information around key KPI's for decision making)
  • Provide weekly reporting on Sales activities (own reporting on the progress of the team and the outputs including new accounts, unqualified accounts, new contacts, net new vetted accounts, pipeline generated, conversion rates, patterns around company type/industry/title)
  • Guide sales strategy aligning performance metrics with overall business objectives
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and project management related to the revenue operations organization

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce reporting (creating reports/dashboards/accessing data) is required
  • Intermediate level experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal, with an emphasis on detail and explaining data
  • Great attitude with an emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving
