Reporting to Wheelock Educational Policy Center's (WEPC) Assistant Director of Policy, the Research Analyst (RA) will be responsible for analyzing state and district data to answer quantitative research questions that inform the policy decisions of WEPCs partner organizations. The RAs portfolio of work may include, for example, identifying patterns of racial diversity in the educator workforce, calculating the costs associated with teacher hiring, and studying the impact of state and district policies that affect teachers and students.
