Research Assistant

Dr. Zhang’s laboratory aims to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms of Parkinson's disease. We are looking for a research assistant to join our team.

Job duties:

• Animal maintenance and handling; Genotyping of mice.
• Organization of daily work in the lab
• Assistance with experiments (Western Blot, IHC, electrophysiology recording)

Required Education and qualification Master’s degree preferred with > 1 year relevant laboratory experience. Great organization skill and pay attention to details are required. Neuroscience background preferred.

We would consider previous work as a postdoctoral fellow or scientist, with the understanding that this position is for a research assistant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
