Research Associate, People Analytics

You’ll provide astute analyses to business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people. You’ll have ample opportunities to partner closely with leaders in Human Capital, business operations, and investing groups to help them solve their most important talent challenges.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of relevant work experience analyzing data in a business setting are required. Individuals who demonstrate curiosity and are adept at using data to solve business problems will excel in this role.
• The ability to package insights from data, weave them together into a compelling narrative, and develop visually pleasing analytical products for an executive audience is key.
• Familiarity with statistics, especially within a social science setting, and analytical tools such as Excel, R, Python, and SQL is of great importance.
• Individuals who are adept at sharing insights in writing and meetings will excel in this role if they can seamlessly connect insights from data to strategic goals.
• A willingness to readily dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion is crucial. The ability to exercise discretion with confidential information is a must.
• People analytics experience is preferred but not required.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $125,000 to $160,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, a relocation bonus, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
