Job Description

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 6 months of related experience. Required skills: Work with manager to generate hypothesis, design and conduct experiments, and optimize protocols; create cell therapy products (CAR-NK, CAR-abT, CAR-gdT, or iPSC-derived cells, etc.); carry out cell-based assays (human primary cell culture, multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA, in vitro proliferation, killing assays, and cytokine detection, etc.); perform molecular biology assays (cloning, qPCR, mini/maxi preps, viral/non-viral gene delivery systems, etc.); record, analyze, interpret and present experimental findings using proper software (GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, IncuCyte, etc.). Up to 10% travel required. Up to 20% remote work allowed.
