About the Position:

Under the general supervision of a Research Data Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing data to determine areas for improvement in transit data quality. While maintaining close coordination with the Transit Data Compliance Specialist and the Cal-ITP data services team, the incumbent will create and maintain transit data analysis queries and prepare regular transit data quality reports.

In some circumstances, the incumbent will directly edit and create data in partnership with transit agencies. The incumbent shall represent the Department in a professional and courteous manner and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external partners.
