We seek a Collection Resource Planner to identify, analyze, synchronize, and articulate data requirements, arrangements, and artifacts in support of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Integrated Joint Fires Center (IJFC) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
This position requires an active US TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) security clearance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Manage all source intelligence in the planning, resourcing, and operational execution of
- ****Integration requirements across the Services, Allies, and Partner Nations within the Indo-Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise to achieve maximum effects against selected targets predominantly
- ****Manned and Unmanned Aerial Platform Operations
- ****Kinetic and Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE)
- ****Specialized Military Information Support Operations (MISO); and
- ****Mitigation of Risk to Mission and Risk to Force
- Develop and disseminate targeting products in support of Joint military operations
- Prioritize, assess, evaluates, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources to provide synthesized planning product to customers
- Review collateral and TS/SCI reporting to conduct research enhancing reporting from multiple sources to assist in the development of target products
- Support the planning and operations staff to identify capabilities and limitations of enemy forces and identifying potential enemy vulnerabilities
- Assist in the development of lethal and non-lethal operations into the targeting process;
- Provide input and develop targeting documents and related end products for development of all TTPs, CONOPs, policies and workflows
- Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management
- Author relevant data fusion-specific documentation, including reports, studies, and analyses, to advance the organization’s data maturity
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least 3 years of experience in military operations
- At least 3 years of experience working in military plans
- Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region
- Experience conducting research on a range of topics and functional areas
- Experience in operational and/or strategic levels of DoD planning and/or execution
- Knowledge of Joint Fires targeting intelligence processes, principles, and methods
- Management and synchronization of all source intelligence collection, analytical Intel methods, collection management and highly competent and familiarity with IC management systems, particularly National and Tactical collection management operations
- Strong and relevant J2T and/or J2C background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance, with SCI eligibility later during employment. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
- Brief senior leadership (Flag/General Officer and Senior Executive Service level) periodically on status of data fusion program in support of the organization
EVEN BETTER- 10 or more years of combined experience working in military operations on an operational staff or at the tactical maneuver unit level with a focus on non-kinetic fires and/or targeting
- At least 10 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least 5 years of experience in military operations
- 5 years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS) and/or working in military plans
- Knowledge of the planning continuum to include the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), Joint Operating Concepts (JOC), and Joint Capabilities Areas (JCA)
- Detailed knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and a thorough understanding of USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans including linkages to parallel national interests
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. national plans and policy (National Security Strategy (NSS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Unified Command Plan (UCP), Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF), and Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)
- Thorough understanding of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to include mission analysis, course of action development, analysis, comparison, recommendation, and approval
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing in order to provide information, articles, written reports, and presentations to include delivering executive summaries to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level officials.

$160,000 - $200,000 a year
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, the Company considers several factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
