Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify & Define research objectives and draft proposals.
Select appropriate research methodologies, techniques & audience.
Design quantitative research plans
Liaise and finalise sample plan and partners
Plan and take lead in managing and delivering research projects
Communicate with clients / Stakeholders to meet project objectives/milestones.
Supply relevant input to support Data collection and Data Analysis
Organize and supervise the fieldwork/Data collection
Interpreting data, draft reports, and making actionable recommendations
Ensure research commitments and client/stakeholder expectations are met
Manage budget and research spend
Build relationships with new and existing client base to encourage repeat purchase

Additional Information
Requirements & Skillsets
5-8 years of professional market research experience including project management, research design, execution, and reporting.
Strong Quantitative technical research skills (Qualitative experience is preferred through not mandatory)
Proficiency in analytical software (SPSS/Q)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Advanced knowledge and implementation of statistical techniques, such as Monadic, Conjoint, and Max-Diff
Experience working in at least one of the verticals: Finance, Automotive, Telecom, IT, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG and Public sector
Experience working with global research projects across North America, Europe and Asia
