Position Highlights
The candidate will study the optical properties of van der Waals heterostructures composed of atomically thin materials. In particular, the researcher will study exciton physics of transition metal dichalcogenide monolayer and bilayer structures. The scientist will fabricate samples and perform low temperature optical measurements.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out scientific research in physics, write and publish scholarly papers, participate in group meetings and discussions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience may be required.
  • Prior work experience not required.
