Claims Customer Experience Specialist
Reserv, an insurtech company, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service during the insurance claims process.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and software applications
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the claims process
- Anticipate customer needs and manage the process to resolution
- Provide guidance and information on claims procedures
- Maintain accurate customer information and claim details
- Address customer concerns and disputes with empathy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and improve the customer experience
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance certifications a plus
