Provide high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants.
Manage an inventory of claims and establish initial reserves.
Coordinate repairs and assist with rental reimbursement.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
