  • Exposure to Sales Events (Travel Fairs)
  • TK Operation's system training

Job Description

1. To carry out Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales and after sales support services for both passengers and travel agencies at the Corporate Office / Airport Office

2. Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, services at the Corporate Office / Airport Office

3. Group Bookings, ticket retrievals

4. Issuance/re-issuance of tickets and all electronic miscellaneous documents for upgrades, extra luggage, seats, etc.

5. Handling passenger concerns when flight delays/cancellations occurs or when passenger wants to make changes on their itineraries.

6. Answers travel agency and passenger concerns face to face using clear English communication, ensures a clear understanding of their inquiries and requests. Promptly provides accurate information regarding their inquiries and other requested information.

7. Confidently responds to questions and provides accurate information

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a student taking Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or any related course
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and confident
  • Can speak English & Tagalog written and verbally

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 1 month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, social-distancing, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, fully-vaccinated passengers are only allowed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
