Residential Operations Analyst

WHO WE ARE

POSITION SUMMARY

The Residential Operations Analyst will gather, research, and analyze data to support the property operations teams. This position will coordinate with groups throughout the company including property operations, marketing, and accounting to help the team make well-formed business decisions based on their analysis with a primary focus on revenue management and multifamily reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Residential Operations Analyst is responsible for working with the property operations team to maximize the value of assets under management. Responsibilities will include:

• Perform unit setups and amenity adjustments within Yardi.
• Prepare analysis on pricing and renewal strategies including validation of rents, concessions, and other inputs.
• Update monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting for lenders, investors, and senior executives.
• Assist with other ad hoc analysis to support the residential property operations team.
