Our proprietary platform supports the largest and most diverse clinical community in the Northeast and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives. We’ve grown quickly since our launch in 2019 and are now expanding nationwide.
Opportunity:
We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to help rapidly grow our team of therapists. This is a key role on our Growth team that will help source, screen, and convert clinical candidates across multiple recruitment channels. Overall, you’ll help maintain strong talent pipelines while refining our recruitment process so that it scales as we expand.
This is a great opportunity for a tactical, action-oriented individual who enjoys meeting new people and bringing new talent into an organization. You’ll have a chance to make a big impact on our startup’s growth. If you have a passion for healthcare or experience in the mental health space, that’s great! – but it’s not required.
Responsibilities:
Source/interview potential candidates through a variety of channels including: online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), on-campus events and relationships, internal referrals etc.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, in our Applicant Tracking System
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Suggest and execute ways to reduce unnecessary friction in the candidate journey
As time permits, assist with various strategic Growth initiatives including process improvement, etc.
Help maintain and report on key metrics related to talent pipeline
Work cross functionally with our tight-knit team to keep internal stakeholders updated

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and interview scheduling systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum one year work experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
Prior experience working in the mental health industry is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $65,000 base salary
