The Delivery team specifically is the main point of contact and relationship management for the larger team.Let’s Talk About The RoleReporting to the Global Creative Delivery Lead, you will apply your exceptional relationship and organizational skills to guide a project portfolio group that is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across the globe. You will be accountable for maintaining solid relationships with clients and managing expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and on budget.Success in this role requires a “relationships first” mindset, deep understanding of the creative process and extensive experience scoping and estimating creative programs within an agency setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in, and seamlessly blend, both Account Management and Project Management in an agency setting. You will be responsible for championing and implementing end-to-end creative delivery processes that support a world-class, award-winning level of creative output. Relationship management and collaboration at all levels of the organization and working with global teams across multiple functions will be required.• Oversee the planning and delivery of all programs and projects associated with an assigned “portfolio”, or line of business, including pipeline planning, resource planning and daily delivery of all work.• Provide hands-on Program and Project Management for large, global marketing campaigns as a contributing member of our Delivery team.• Direct and coordinate the work of all project managers assigned to the portfolio.• Serve as initial escalation point to facilitate resolution of conflict by driving difficult or complex discussions between team and stakeholder.• Develop and maintain a consolidated portfolio roadmap in partnership with client(s)• Proactively build and maintain solid working partnerships, confidence, and credibility with key stakeholders across all levels of the business.• Champion and guide end-to-end delivery process from briefing through to campaign reporting and own consistency of process across the portfolio.• Help identify and guide process efficiencies.• Acquire a thorough knowledge of our industry, business, strategic imperatives, and key stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making related to the work of the delivery team.• Participate in evaluating new requests during intake process and work with stakeholders on preparing briefs, scoping work and prioritizing work across portfolios.• Set realistic objectives and schedules to achieve portfolio goals, have a firm grasp on the “big picture”.• Ensure accuracy of all portfolio scopes and estimates.• Work cross-functionally with Creative and Operations teams within the Global Creative organization.• Collaborate with peers to proactively address staffing and process issues, as they arise, to prevent delivery issues.• Work with peers to maintain and improve internal client satisfaction.• Maintain awareness of priority projects and ensure prioritization and delivery against daily deadlines for the portfolio.• Effectively identify and mitigate risk.• Facilitate a positive, collaborative work environment to enable and empower interdisciplinary teams to perform at their best without distractions.• Consistently maintain a forward-thinking approach to the application of project management concepts and methodologies.• Facilitate retrospectives.• Support Global Creative Delivery Lead in team initiatives.• Promote use of the in-house agency across the organization as opportunities arise.Let’s Talk About You• 8+ years creative account/program/project management experience (estimating, scoping, and delivering) within an agency setting across all types of creative work (particularly highly complex, strategic efforts) and interacting with clients in a service-oriented capacity.• Previous experience managing projects cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.• Understanding of various financial models related to in-house agencies (i.e. chargeback, allocation, etc.).• Experience developing, documenting and implementing creative delivery processes.• Knowledge of and experience managing delivery of multiple creative service offerings (marketing, advertising, experiential, video, etc. across all channels).• Experience with regulated industries• Working understanding of various project management methodologies.• Prior experience with Workfront and/or Asana preferred.We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.Base Pay Range for this position:$106,000- $132,000For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
