Introduction to the team
The Resource Management Coordinator works with the Resource Management team to implement our people strategy and employer of choice initiatives. They monitor staff utilization, coordinate staff schedules and deploy team members. This role contributes to overall firm productivity and promotes a positive work experience for all of our staff. An ability to manage data accurately is key to success in this role and the incumbent will partner with others in resource management, practice leadership, client service teams, human resources and internal accounting to promote people development and maximize utilization. The Resource Management Coordinator will work to balance business needs with economic and operational considerations as well as people development.

Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system
- Assist in resolving simple schedule conflicts and escalate as necessary
- Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
- Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour and engagement budgets
- Schedule events and activities with broad impact such as staff meetings, department trainings, and more
- Identify and share ways to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels
- Contribute to the implementation of people strategies in collaboration with other People Team members
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in project management or resource management in a professional services industry preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated comfort with systems, data and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate across various levels
- Ability to handle confidential information, apply tact and discretion in sensitive situations
- Ability to travel locally as needed, approximately 20%
- May require some overtime hours
