Respiris is scaling impactful career coaching built on Angel’s extensive experience across early-stage companies and large corporations like Microsoft, Medtronic, and Fidelity Investments, disrupting the last mile of the employee lifecycle.
Position Overview
As the Founding Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Respiris to reach its target customers: companies with 200–2000 employees in industries like technology, finance, and education. You’ll develop, execute, and iterate go-to-market strategies, leveraging your expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition. This is a remote role based in Argentina or Colombia, ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting mid-sized companies with $10M-$1B in revenue.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to engage Chief People Officers, CFOs, and CLOs.
- Campaign Management: Create targeted marketing campaigns that address ICP pain points, such as managing employee morale post-layoffs and minimizing legal risks.
- Build, Execute, and Iterate: Lead the creation and refinement of marketing strategies to ensure campaigns remain impactful and aligned with company goals.
- Analyze, Review, and Vet: Evaluate campaign performance and marketing tools to optimize outreach efforts and resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, as well as other Respiris members, to align strategies with company priorities.
- Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Crunchbase, and industry-specific platforms to identify and qualify high-value leads.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials that effectively communicate Respiris’ mission and value proposition.
- Identify Tools and Platforms: Research, select, and implement tools to unlock ICP opportunities and align with the ACT framework (Attract, Convert, Act).
- Customer Insights: Conduct interviews with existing customers and prospects to generate new growth opportunities and refine messaging.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing and demand generation experience across online and offline channels.
- Proven success in lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with SaaS tools related to sales, marketing, etc. or similar platforms.

- Compensation: $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month based on experience.
