Restaurant Assistant Manager for our casual, high-volume, full-service restaurant.

The ideal candidate might already live in the area but might also want to relocate from Northern or Southern California - away from the stress of big cities and back to a simpler life where it's possible to appreciate nature, good wine, and craft beer.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you should have the following experience:

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience and a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Manager in casual full-service dining
• Corporate systems experience preferred
• Experience managing and developing a large team
• Beer knowledge is preferred
• Traits & Skills: Outgoing personality, inspiring leader, superior customer service, positive attitude, strategic thinker, understanding of basic business fundamentals, good communicator, good at conflict resolution
