Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.Job SummaryThe Manager, Franchise Performance (MFP), supports Tim Hortons' rapid growth in the US by partnering with franchisees to develop strategies that ensure operational excellence, drive profitability, enhance guest experiences, and support new restaurant growth. This role is foundational to supporting the execution and optimization of franchise business performance that will build the Tim Hortons brand, win with guests and drive long-term growth and franchise business value. The MFP provides Owners with tools and strategies to improve sales, profitability, and standards, ensuring franchisees meet Tim Hortons' brand objectives.Key MetricsKey metrics for an MFP are sales & profitability, the guest experience, net restaurant growth, restaurant traffic, speed of service, digital sales growth, brand standards and food safety.Key Responsibilities• Analyze franchisee P&L to identify opportunities and implement strategies for improved profitability and restaurant growth.• Support new Owners during onboarding new restaurant openings.• Build trust with Owners and their teams.• Conduct business performance reviews and provide feedback to Owners to drive improvement.• Monitor KPIs and financials to track the success of Owners and their individual restaurants.• Develop action plans using problem-solving methodology to address any operational or financial challenges.• Ensure franchisees maintain brand standards and quality.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and brand-building efforts.• Advise franchisees on daily business issues and provide immediate problem resolution.• Present to Tim Hortons US Leadership Team bi-weekly on business performance and project updates.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience required.• 3 to 5 years previous experience in QSR, Retail, Food & Beverage, franchise management, or a similar industry.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to drive performance.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).• Strong understanding of financial analysis and performance metrics.• Previous training experience an asset.Ability to travel 50-70% weekly, as required, within the designated regionBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
