Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of GM experience in a high-volume fast-casual restaurant environment
• Have an affinity for the exotic flavor profiles of South Asia
• Proven ability to take ownership and run it like it's yours
• Control financials
• Strong ability to develop, coach, mentor, and lead a team
• Volume experience of at least $2M
• Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
• A happy, passionate, strong leader with the ability to create a positive, enthusiastic, and fun environment
