In partnership with marketing, product management, revenue operations, and customer success leadership teams, the incumbent in this role will be an expert on our customers, market, our feature set, and its benefits. The incumbent will support message and campaign development for new product launches and existing features and empower our customer-facing teams to communicate our value to the market.
