Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of business consisting of  existing Restream customers on our self-serve and Enterprise plans

  • Perform initial on-boarding of accounts with new customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime

  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude

  • Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts

  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal

  • Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage

  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes

  • Exhibits a level of sales acumen, recognizing and capitalizing on upsell opportunities while contributing to the renewal process

  • Efficiently manages multiple accounts, demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Driven by a commitment to achieving customer success, with a focus on measurable results such as customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities

  • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

  • Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies to meet evolving customer expectations and industry trends

  • Proficient in analyzing customer data and key performance indicators to assess account health and make data-driven decisions

  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player

  • Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
