We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued clients.
What You'll Do
Manage a book of business consisting of existing Restream customers on our self-serve and Enterprise plans
Perform initial on-boarding of accounts with new customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime
Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude
Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes

Exhibits a level of sales acumen, recognizing and capitalizing on upsell opportunities while contributing to the renewal process
Efficiently manages multiple accounts, demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Driven by a commitment to achieving customer success, with a focus on measurable results such as customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies to meet evolving customer expectations and industry trends
Proficient in analyzing customer data and key performance indicators to assess account health and make data-driven decisions
Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
