We are focused on massage and healing and we are locally owned by a Massage Therapist who values her employees not only as a team, but also has respect and appreciation of individuality. We also have very satisfied clients and because of this we have more positivity with all of our staff, as well. We also encourage self-care and fun within our studio regularly!

Our Perks:

Base pay $19 - $20 per hour to start depending on experience.
Additional bonuses are paid with every paycheck and are based on meeting sales goals and other metrics. You do not have to wait until the end of the month or year.

We love to promote: We promote within our own staff regularly. Our high level positions are almost entirely filled with our own staff who were promoted.

Our Ask:

Comfortable with sales – we will train on our proven sales process to sell and sign up clients into our Wellness Program, gift card sales, upgrades and rebooking. Our sales are much easier with our clients who want to come back time and time again to get more massages.
Comfortable greeting our clients, talking to them in person and over the phone.
Be able to work on computers: Schedule appointments and check out clients on our computer program. Not afraid to open a spreadsheet or communicate in Slack to your teammates.
Coexist, communicate and work with our other teammates who all bring a uniqueness to our business
Creative problem solve when we don’t always have the answers
Help maintain our appearance, so we continue to get those 5 star reviews on how comfortable and clean our studio is.
