We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager to join our growing team!

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains a customer centric environment by fully embracing and enforcing the D&B Customer Experience model.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and coaching in the moment.
• Create business strategies to expand target market, drive store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, onboard and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure store compliance with all operations and company standards.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Motivate team to meet and surpass all sales goals.
• Has a good understanding of conversion and KPIs.
• Manage store budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and shipments.

Retail Store Manager Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working in a retail environment in a managerial role (Required)
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities (Required)
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Team oriented
• Positive, can-do attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
