We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager to join our growing team!

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains a customer centric environment by fully embracing and enforcing the D&B Customer Experience model.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and coaching in the moment.
- Create business strategies to expand target market, drive store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, onboard and oversee new staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure store compliance with all operations and company standards.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Motivate team to meet and surpass all sales goals.
- Has a good understanding of conversion and KPIs.
- Manage store budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels and shipments.
Retail Store Manager Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience working in a retail environment in a managerial role (Required)
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities (Required)
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Team oriented
- Positive, can-do attitude!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
