Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
Existing experience in SaaS related to fashion & textile supply chain

Responsibilities

Proactively ensure project success with the implementation of the retraced platform
Define clear quarterly framework and success roadmap for enterprise fashion and textile partners
Plan and execute activation of customers' supply chain networks
Be the first touchpoint for customers in case of problems or specific needs
Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
