Skills
- Experience in customer-facing B2B position
- Expertise in the Fashion and Textiles Industry
- Tech-savvy with excellent project management skills
- Understanding of SLA-driven approach
- Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
- Existing experience in SaaS related to fashion & textile supply chain
Responsibilities
- Proactively ensure project success with the implementation of the retraced platform
- Define clear quarterly framework and success roadmap for enterprise fashion and textile partners
- Plan and execute activation of customers' supply chain networks
- Be the first touchpoint for customers in case of problems or specific needs
- Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
