Why This Role Is Valuable
The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for facilitating strategic and business planning processes, delivering a broad portfolio of strategic projects, providing regional and global transformation management services, ensuring operational quality and compliance, and continuously improving operational performance to meet the evolving needs of partners and stakeholders. This role will work broadly across the organization enabling the effective delivery of the organization's value proposition and transformation agenda.
Within the Operations Team, the role of Senior Associate is crucial for optimizing operational excellence and enhancing value delivery to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role drives efficiency, consistency, and speed in operations, ultimately enhancing the overall performance and success of the organization's partnerships and platform delivery. The Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the strategic objectives of the company by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is based out of Revantage's Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities
How You Add Value
Partner Integration and Delivery Support:
• Support partner lifecycle management to include overseeing and continuously improving partner onboarding and offboarding strategy and supporting processes as well as delivering playbooks to drive consistency, efficiency, and speed of execution
• Deliver operational support and infrastructure to improve partner experience, including driving and analyzing the bi-annual partner feedback survey and associated action planning for continuous improvement
• Assist in building internal Revantage expertise in global location and offshoring strategies and support development of thought leadership, accelerators, and repeatable processes to guide partners in developing their offshoring strategies
Offering Management and Process Improvement:
• Ensure a customer-centric approach to offering delivery, focusing on meeting partner needs and expectations
• Deliver offering management by supporting the lifecycle of service offerings from initial ideation and value proposition development through launch, delivery, and eventual retirement or replacement
• Support the Offering Catalog Management by maintaining a comprehensive catalog with detailed descriptions of each offering, including key features, specifications, and service level expectations (SLEs)
• Identify areas for platform process improvement and efficiency gains based on operational insights and learnings
• Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize processes and enhance service delivery efficiency
Performance Measurement and Management Reporting:
• Collaborate with Revantage leadership team to generate data-driven insights and actionable information to support senior leaders in making informed decisions and guiding the organization's strategic direction
• Manage data collection, verification, and report production for in-place offering performance measurement and monthly management reporting
• Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs for Revantage and key stakeholders across each department, including metrics to assess department functions and performance
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues, manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems
Operations and Business Support:
• Work with Operations team to support strategic planning and execution with key stakeholders, such as top-level executives, to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication of organizational goals and timelines
• Partner with Revantage leadership team to develop presentation materials for Board, Portfolio Company and Town Hall meetings
• Deliver ad-hoc projects and maximize Revantage leadership team effectiveness by helping balance priorities, communicate effectively, participate in relevant meetings, and connect with business partners and employees
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on hiring initiatives, employee engagement initiatives, and communication - continue to make Revantage a great place to work
Qualifications
What You Bring To The Role
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, finance, or technology
• Minimum four years of demonstrated success and experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Business Transformation, Operations, or General Management
• Ability to think outside the box to simplify complex metrics, information, and/or challenges into easy-to-understand, actionable insights, recommendations, and senior executive messaging
• Action-oriented, creative, strategic thinking that identifies and connects opportunities, sees gaps, and finds points of connectivity across the enterprise
• Courage in challenging thinking and pushing the collective toward better outcomes to improve the health of the business
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Expert verbal and written communication skills developing presentations for a wide variety of audiences
• Demonstrated history of collaboration, inter-personal, and influencing skills
• Comfort in working effectively with people at all levels of an organization, including C-suite
• Passion for enhancing team engagement and value proposition and building an inclusive, equitable, collaborative and fun work environment
• Bias for action, ability to deal with ambiguity, and natural perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver outcomes when leading change
• Strong team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
• Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft office and related business intelligence tools
Preferred:
• Experience with real estate or shared services organizations
• Exposure to database functionality supporting business intelligence reporting and data visualization tools
• Proficiency with Collaboration Tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Slack, Teams, etc.)
