Your Role:
Treasure Data’s mission is to “build the Intelligent Data Foundation to improve human life.” To support this mission, the Revenue Operations team’s mission is to maximize Treasure Data’s bookings and revenues in a predictable and compliant manner. The RevOps Team has two main areas of focus: We support the teams executing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to renewal, and we train and enable customers, partners, and employees.
The Order Management Team is responsible for reviewing customers’ contracts and handling the actions involved with fulfilling them. This role will support the sales closing process and manage the recording of Treasure Data’s Customer Entitlements.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Work with the Deal Desk, Legal Counsel, and Sales Organization to obtain necessary documentation required for each order contract
Coordinate with Deal Desk and Revenue Accounting to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other pre-sale processes for a smooth booking process in compliance with Company policies
Manage provisioning/delivery issues including timely delivery of product
Responsible for Contract Repository and Customer Entitlements hygiene.
Responsible for monthly/quarterly audits of all Compliance reports
Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes
Participate in cross-functional projects that will help scale the business
Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent plus 1-2 years of work experience.
Well-organized; able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly
Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close
Possess strong level of expertise in Salesforce.com Application
Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous / detail oriented
Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functions
Proficiency in MS or Google Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
ERP (Netsuite) and Sales Compensation experience is a plus
